Each session will include the following:
Relaxing - The process begins with a period of deep relaxation and centering. A guided visualization which allows you to relax into an inner space of security, wisdom, and clarity.
Deepening - The journey itself begins with stating your intentions, which we have created together. What happens next is unique to each individual and each intention. Often, it feels like a dream, but you are awake and you can make conscious choices.
Spirit Guide/Animal - Typically, a guide or an animal will soon appear as a visual, dream-like image, or as a sound, movement, or a felt presence. Sometimes plants will appear, or you maysee an entire landscape. Sometimes ancestors, beings of light, angels, or other spiritual energies will appear.
Interacting - You will be able to communicate and interact with your spirit helpers. You will also be able to speak with Diane if necessary while journeying.
Return - When the journey feels complete, Diane will guide you throught the return process, so that you come back to current reality with all of the gifts and experiences of your journey.
